Right of Withdrawal

Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal

According to Section 312g (2) No. 1 of the German Civil Code (BGB), there is no right of withdrawal for contracts involving the supply of goods that are not prefabricated and for whose production an individual selection or determination by the consumer is decisive or which are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer.

As our products are individually manufactured according to customer specifications (e.g. personalized patches, custom designs, custom sizes), there is no statutory right of withdrawal.

Warranty

The statutory warranty rights remain unaffected. If a product is defective or does not correspond to the agreed specification, you are entitled to rectification or replacement delivery.
