1. Scope

These Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed through the LaserPatch online shop.

2. Subject of Contract

The subject of the contract is the manufacture and delivery of custom-made products, in particular personalized patches made according to customer specifications.

3. Conclusion of Contract

By submitting an order, the customer makes a binding offer. The contract is concluded upon order confirmation or commencement of production.

4. Prices

All prices are final prices.

According to Section 19 (1) of the German VAT Act (UStG), no VAT is charged or shown on invoices.

5. Payment

Payment is made via the methods offered in the shop, including PayPal.

Production begins only after full payment has been received.

6. Delivery

Delivery is available worldwide.

International shipments may be subject to customs duties and import taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.

7. Retention of Title

Goods remain our property until full payment has been received.

8. No Right of Withdrawal

There is no right of withdrawal for goods that are individually manufactured according to customer specifications.

9. Warranty

Statutory warranty rights apply. In case of defects, the customer is entitled to rectification or replacement.

10. Liability

We are fully liable for intent and gross negligence. In cases of slight negligence, liability is limited to essential contractual obligations.

11. Applicable Law

German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.
